CFO
A financial professional with years of international financial experience, Lily is a Canadian CPA and UK Chartered Certified Accountant. She's managed a number of multinational corporations, leading the team to operate the acquisition, IPO and audit all financial work. Lily is from Yongan, Fujian, (a popular bamboo manufacturing region) and is now a Canadian citizen, with degrees from Tongji University and City University of New York.
Eric C. Rupert
CEO
Eric is responsible for the overall operation of AltPlus, with an emphasis in project management, operations and industry development. Eric has been developing the international bamboo industry for more than 5 years, devoting his energy to manufacturing and exporting in China. Eric is from Harrow, Ontario, Canada and earned a Master's degree in business administration from Davenport University, USA.
Kevin Gao
Supply Chain Manager
Kevin is a certified Chinese Lawyer, and specializes in the company's risk control and large projects. Additionally, Kevin has professional knowledge of the upstream bamboo processing and is supporting the vertical integration of AltPlus into the Chinese industry. Kevin graduated from Heilongjiang University in Harbin.

Michael Xu
COO & VP of Sales
Michael is our sales and business team leader with professional leadership experience in public companies, managing 250 franchises and directly leading teams of 50 individuals. Michael especially thrives in team development and professional training. Michael is from Qingdao, China, and is a Master Graduate from the University of Southern Queensland in Australia.
Luke D. Schuette
Director of A&E - Project Dev
Luke is an Architect and a Bio-Based Materials Expert. He sits as ASTM International Chairman of Task Group D07.02.03, Structural Engineered Bamboo, and has been at the forefront of LVB development around the world. Luke combines a unique skillset of architecture and material science. He graduated from University of Illinois, USA and Southern Illinois University, USA, with degrees in these respective fields.
Dr. Cai Sanfa
Development & Research Advisor
The Director of Development and Research Center at Tongji University, Dr. Cai has conducted a broad range of research across management and operations fields of study. Dr. Cai will support the research and development required for developing the policies and regulations to establish LVB in the Chinese marketplace. Dr. Cai is a doctoral graduate from Tongji University and a Postdoctoral Researcher at Buffalo State University of New York.

Legal Council and Advisor
Mengshi Wang is a partner with the international, W&H Law Firm. Mengshi's focus includes Risk Prevention, Commercial Legal Disputes and Arbitration. Mengshi will council AltPlus through intellectual property development and protection, in addition to project negotiation.
Jason Wang
Architecture & Construction Advisor
Jason is a licensed architect and a tall building design specialist. Jason is the CEO of GID Architect firm and Chairman of the GrandLand Construction Group. Jason has developed the Tongji Alumni organizations and networks that link across the China, servicing Chinese design and build industries. Jason is a graduate from Tongji University.
